Value Investing is hot. More and more investors see the value in this investment strategy, and we as pure value investors have not missed that. But what is value investing?
In the book ‘Value Investing: From Graham to Buffett and Beyond’ (reading tip! 💡) Bruce N. Greenwald et al. describe a fundamental principle of value investing: “Value investors have always preferred a bird in the hand, cash in the bank or some close equivalent to the rosiest projection of future riches.”
In other words, value investing is about purchasing shares that provide more certainty about the actual value of the company based on assets, profits, and cash flow. Only in exceptional cases is the value of potential growth taken into account.
Mpartners is an experienced value investor. Since its founding in 2010, Mpartners has faithfully invested according to this strategy.
