Guy is responsible for the overall strategy of Mpartners. His career began in 1997, when he started as an Asset Consultant at Mercer in Amsterdam. In 1999, he moved to Insinger de Beaufort Asset Management, where he became Director in 2002. There he founded the Manager Selection division, led the Institutional Sales department, and handled hedging with strategies based on options and futures.
In 2010, he founded Mpartners together with the other partners.
Guy earned his Bachelor in Engineering and obtained a doctorate from the University of Bath.
